Our laboratory offers a robust platform for evaluating the efficacy of novel antimicrobial strategies, and we actively welcome collaborations with academic partners and industry.
We maintain a well-characterized collection of clinical isolates belonging to the ESKAPE group of pathogens, obtained from a wide variety of infections. These isolates exhibit diverse antibiotic resistance profiles and biofilm-forming capabilities, making them ideal for real-world assessment of antimicrobial agents.
Through collaborative projects, we provide:
- Screening of new antimicrobial compounds on a selected panel of clinical isolates.
- Quantitative analysis of biofilm inhibition and eradication potential.
- Evaluate the impact of compounds on key virulence factors (e.g., toxins, pigments, quorum sensing signals), tailored to the pathogen of interest.
- Phenotypic profiling to support mode-of-action studies and lead optimization.
Whether you’re an academic lab seeking to validate the activity of new molecules, or a company aiming to characterize candidate therapeutics, we offer a flexible, scientifically rigorous platform.
If you’re interested in working together, please get in touch — we’re always open to exploring new partnerships.
